Possibilities for testing and improving the durability of aerated concrete
Klaudová, Dana ; Voves, Jiří (referee) ; Hubáček, Adam (advisor)
This master´s thesis studies qualities of aerated concretes, is monitoring influenece concrete composition, quantity of aerating admixture and plasticized admixture on the durability of concrete. It is monitored especially air flow and his influence on durability on concrete. In theoretical part are explained mechanisms of damage concrete, phenomena, which influence compressive strength of concrete and then there are the results of resistance against the influence of chemical defrosting substances. In experimental work were designed, mixed and tested recipe of concerete. We investigated different atribute, especially resistance of the chemical defrosting and air flow in hardened concrete. The result of master´s thesis is effect of flow air in concrete on the durability.
Vehicle Kinematics and Dynamics Simulations
Zháňal, Lubor ; Bauer, František (referee) ; Píštěk, Václav (referee) ; Kaplan, Zdeněk (advisor)
This paper focuses on the kinematic and dynamic numerical simulation of mechanisms by applying a numerical method, and a complex simulation programme built on it, developed by the author. Described are mathematical principles of the numerical method used and also the programming progression of the important parts of the application and its optimization. The final part includes comparative measuring of the accuracy and performance.
Mathematical modeling of mechanical systems of vehicles
Zháňal, Lubor ; Svída, David (referee) ; Porteš, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with design and implementation of the computing system, which would allow interactive simulation of kinematics and dynamics of vehicle mechanical systems or general mechanisms with the help of modern computer technology. In the thesis is described a basic working principle, optimization of numerical simulation parameters, as well as the implementation itself in the form of functional application and its key parts. Described are also possibilities for the use of virtual reality devices in conjunction with visualization of simulation process. Final comparative tests have confirmed the functionality and high performance of the created system.

Miroslav Bus Interchange - Selected parts of the construction plan
Grmela, Jan ; Štěpán, Richard (referee) ; Motyčka, Vít (advisor)
The diploma thesis contains selected parts of the building - technological project for the construction of the Miroslav bus interchange. This is a new building, which will improve the transport infrastructure and the safety of people at the site. Part of the diploma thesis is the technical report to the building and technological project, the time and financial plan, a study of the technological stages, budget and a detailed timetable, the organization of the building site, the technological regulation for the asphalt paving and the inspection and test plan, a plan concerning safety and dangers on a building.
Design of a children's technical kit
Novotný, Filip ; Rubínová, Dana (referee) ; Rajlich, Jan (advisor)
The topic of this bachelor thesis is the design of a children's creative technical kit. The thesis focuses on the creation of a construction kit concept that is not yet present on the market, and that will be a means to develop the child and give him/her opportunities for artistic and technical creation. The aim is to create a product appropriate for children of the first grade of primary school and preschool children.

The theory is that regional development operates with various actors concepts. Traditional neo-classic approaches stemming from the individualized concept of a actor in the market environment are often completed with institutional approaches that highlight the understanding of the actor as an entity interwoven by many specific market mechanisms and social structures - production chains, subcontractor relationships and further formal and informal boundaries that define market potential. From the institutional economy point of view, the actor...
Activism and Collective Violence: Šluknov Riots in 2011
Bizubová, Kateřina ; Navrátil, Jiří (advisor) ; Benyovszky, Selma (referee)
This thesis is focused on the issue of violence in civil society. Using Charles Tilly's political theory, it attempts to point out that the emergence of collective violence can be well understood by tracing small scale causes (mechanisms), rather than large causes (poverty, extremism etc.). This argument is empirically studied in the context of anti-Roma riots that took place in Šluknov Hook, Czech republic, in the year 2011. The research is based on a broad concept of civil society, which doesn't assume fixed division between civil and uncivil subjects, but works with a number of actors, whose identity is unstable and their acting strategy fluently changes from nonviolent to violent and contra. The data show, that radical actors are generally more prone to use force. However, Tilly's theory provides opportunity to explain their influence on majority through the dynamics of relationships that is studied in this paper. The catalogue of events was created on the basis of news and document analysis and the incidence of theoretically defined mechanisms is identified by process tracing method: Boundary activation between us and them (mainly network-based escalation, signaling spirals), polarization, competitive display, selective retaliation, containment, monitoring, certification/decertification and...
